The Anusara Immersion is a wonderful way to begin a
study of Yoga, deepen your understanding of yoga and
learn more about yourself. The Immersion provides a gateway
into a deeper practice and knowledge of yoga on all levels: heart,
mind and body. The immersion is designed for anyone seeking to
take a journey into the heart, new students of yoga, and those who
want to continue in the Anusara Teacher Training.

Beginning in 2009 the Anusara Teacher Training will beoffered. The Teachers Training will help students take the
teachings deeper. With the help of 3 great teachers, students
will have fun learning how to use their new skills in teaching.
